Standard rate
$125/hr
The first 30-minute discovery call is on me. From there, every engagement is scoped in plain language before anything starts.
Hourly Services
For ongoing work, retainers, and engagements with flexible scope. One-hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. The initial 30-minute discovery call is complimentary.
Front-end & back-end development, custom design systems, WordPress/PHP, integrations, fixes.
SEO, paid media, analytics, conversion optimization, and channel strategy.
Website Projects
Fixed-fee, scoped after discovery. A 50% deposit reserves the start date; the balance is due at launch.

Managed hosting plus ongoing upkeep, billed monthly. Hosting is included in every plan.

Everything in Essential, plus monthly plugin/theme updates, 1 hr of content edits, performance check.
Everything in Standard, plus priority support, 2 hrs of edits/dev, and a monthly health report.

Marketing Retainers
Ongoing growth work on a monthly retainer. Three-month minimum; hours roll within the month, not across.
SEO & analytics monitoring, monthly priorities, and a performance report.

Terms
- Quotes are valid for 90 days. Rates effective June 2026.
- Projects require a 50% deposit to begin; the balance is due at launch.
- Payments accepted via Square (card or ACH). Invoices are net-15.
- Work outside an agreed scope is quoted and approved before it begins.
- Third-party costs (domains, premium plugins, ad spend) are billed at cost.
